Blissful Places CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. We exist for one purpose: to identify, fund, and deliver projects that genuinely improve the lives of people in communities across the UK and beyond.
We are the operational arm of a two-entity governance structure. As a CIC, we are bound by an asset lock — meaning our assets and profits can only ever be used for community benefit. The people we serve don't just receive our work; they direct it.
Our focus areas span wellbeing, education, social cohesion, and sustainable living — the foundations of truly blissful places. Every project we undertake is publicly reported, with outcomes verified and shared openly.
We are currently in our formation phase. Our community interest statement, governance documents, and project pipeline are being finalised. We will share everything when we launch.
